The house is ideally located on the fringe of Albert Park in Port Melbourne.
A typical 2 bedroom Victorian home layout, its a neatly presented no frills house.
Two large bedrooms with plenty of light and space, with a big lounge area, open plan kitchen with dining table, double size fridge. (no dishwasher).
One decent size bathroom with toilet, washer & dryer.
My favorite space is the huge, north-facing, fully-fenced backyard. It has a lush garden complete with an outdoor table, sun chairs and BBQ - it's a spot to relax and enjoy on nice days.
We have excellent neighbours and a caring community vibe on the street.
There is ample all day free street parking if you have a car.

I’m open to discussing a fair split with bills depending on your working arrangements. Fast NBN wifi is available.
Individual food shops are preferred. However, I'm okay with sharing typical things like oils, salt and pepper. etc.

I’m in a quieter phase of life trying to save - and tend to lean into healthy, active weekends rather than late nights or bars. I drink very rarely.
I work in consulting with a flexible setup and the option to work from home. I still go into the office at least two days a week. At home, my desk is set up in the dining area as part of the larger kitchen space, separate from the lounge.
I keep the house tidy and organised and usually do a quick reset each night as a way to wind down. That’s just my routine, not an expectation for anyone else.
Ideally you work outside of the house, and if you work from home some days are comfortable to setup a desk in the bedroom which is the bigger of the two.
I’d also be keen to meet anyone who might want to upgrade to a 3 bedroom two bathroom place to allow for extra space and working from home. This lease is very flexible, I’ve lived here almost 9 years and know the landlord well. I’d be happy to cover any moving costs if you landed here and we looked for a place together.
