The townhouse is in a great location, in a quiet street close to transport, CBD,. ocean, shops.

This private room is fully furnished with 1 or 2 single beds, desk (if 1 bed used), modular wardrobe, fans, bedside table.

You share the main bathroom with 1 room. It has a both and shower and is kept neat and clean, as are shared areas of the house. Utilities etc. are $30 per week per single, including internet as well. $60 for pair/couples.

You will have refrigerator and kitchen space in the spacious kitchen.

The house is a very short walk to 234/235 buses,109 trams, shops beach, close to CBD and in a nice, quiet residential street.
This is a quiet haven to feel at home in.
