Description of the home
This house is in an amazing location, just off High St and Orrong Rd in Prahran. There are trams right around the corner, and Toorak Station is a 650m walk. The house is small but cute, with a decent sized bathroom and big living room. The garden out the back is lovely and always full of my (usually failing) attempts to grow vegetables! However, the available bedroom is fairly small. The house is fully furnished and the bedroom is currently furnished with a queen bed, chest of drawers and a small desk and chair. It would suit a traveller or maybe a uni student who doesn't mind a snug bedroom!
The room is currently available for about 4 months, until January 8th, as I am looking to change jobs and move house then. However if I end up staying in Melbourne then it may be available for another 12 months past that date.
Just to note, you would need to go on the lease if you moved in.

Bills and expenses
Bills include internet ($40 each p/month) as well as electricity, gas and water. Bills are divided evenly.

I'm a high school media teacher, and enjoy travel (in normal times), movies and good TV shows. I like trying out different restaurants and cafes, fitness throughout the week and heading to Geelong lots of weekends to see my nieces and nephews. I'm pretty neat and tidy, and like to keep the house looking nice.

I would prefer someone who didn't work the standard 9-5 hours just because the kitchen is quite small and trying to prepare dinner at the same time at night would be impossible!
