Maybe you’re the right fit to live with two brilliant female roommates in a bright and spacious room is becoming available in our beautiful Prahran townhouse, We're looking for someone to move in from June 21 and 22 and ideally stay for 6-12 months.

Lease expires in October, likely to renew

The Housemates:

Marisa Mid 30s– A live art programmer who works in a cultural precinct. She's a pop culture nerd, avid baker, and loves trying new hobbies. Marisa is super friendly, neat, and loves both socialising and relaxing at home.

Caitlyn – Works in hospitality and brings a warm, easygoing energy to the house. She’s always up for a good meal, a wine, or a chat.

Costs:

$305 per week (1326 calendar month)

Monthly Average of bills $150ish per person (NBN, Electricity, gas, water, cleaner and shared household supplies)

We’re looking for someone kind, clean, and community-minded who values a relaxed and respectful home. The house is inclusive, and values good communication and shared vibes.
