Rent is $1520.83 per month, paid in advanced on the 1st of each month. A cleaner engaged to clean once per month, super-fast NBN Wifi with unlimited data and electricity (paid monthly), gas and water (paid quarterly) are excluded from the rent and would be divided equally between flatmates. The bond of one month's rent is also to be paid in advance before the move-in date.
