Rent is $1738 per month, paid in advanced on the 1st of each month. Electricity, water and gas are excluded from the rent and would be divided equally. A cleaner is engaged to clean once per month (your share would be approx. $40 per month). The bond of one month's rent is also to be paid in advance before the move-in date.
