Looking for a great place to call home? This spacious, light-filled 3-bedroom house sits on a peaceful, tree-lined street right in the heart of Prahran.

The house is fully furnished with polished floorboards throughout and spacious, light-filled rooms that make the place feel open and comfortable. There are great shared living spaces, a separate reading/sitting room if you want some quiet time, and a large backyard with an outdoor entertaining area and gas BBQ, perfect for relaxing or having friends over.

We also have fast unlimited Wi-Fi, a second toilet, and a studio out the back that can be used for extra storage if needed.

The house has a really relaxed, comfortable feel, and it’s the kind of place that’s easy to settle into and call home.

Transport is incredibly convenient:
• Tram 72 – 1 minute walk
• Tram 9 – 2 minute walk
• Hawksburn, Prahran and Windsor train stations – around 10 minutes away

You’re also just minutes from Victoria Gardens, Prahran Pool, Prahran Market, Hawksburn Village, and all the usual essentials. The Alfred Hospital is only a short walk away.

And of course Chapel Street is nearby if you enjoy Melbourne’s cafes, restaurants, bars, and nightlife.
