Hey there!

I’ve recently moved into this beautiful Art Deco two storey home on a leafy street in Prahran and am looking for a housemate to join in 🍃

My name is Sam, and I work in interior design/operations for a furniture brand in Armadale, in office 5 days a week.

I’m joined by my beautiful rescue dog Trinity who is loving her new backyard. She is very energetic but also loves plenty of naps and will always want to say hello and see what you are up to.

The house is three bedroom, but the third is small and I plan to turn it into an awesome home office, so if you WFH you will have a great space to work. The house also has two toilets and plenty of storage.

The house is in a great location on a leafy street in Prahran with plenty of parking or we do have a garage that could fit a small car.

It’s a good place to unwind but is also close to chapel street with all the bars and restaurants.

It’s only a couple minutes walk to the High St tram and 10mins walk to Toorak Station, Orrong Park and Oval.

Morning Market, Leaf, Cali Jardin and Lune are also all super close!
