Newly renovated 3 bedroom house in Reservoir. 1 bedroom (a master) available. The house is fully furnished including a brand new washing machine. 2 bus stops (3 lines) are a 3 minute walk away. The 86 tram stop is a 10 minute walk away. The busses take you to Regent and Reservoir train station, both 10 minutes away. 2 buses take you to Northland shopping centre in 7 minutes. The 86 tram takes you to Summerhill shopping centre in 7 minutes.
The house has 1 bathroom and an extra toilet. There is air conditioning in the living room and central heating throughout the house. There is on street parking as well as parking in the big backyard. We will all be on a one year lease. The master is $1087/month for singles and $1466/month for couples.
