We're right near Plenty Rd/Albert St/Bolderwood Pde. The 86 tram is literally steps away, plus heaps of bus routes are super handy! You'll be sorted no matter the weather with evaporative cooling and ducted heating!

Big backyard for easy living—grow veggies, light a bon fire, or just soak up the sun 🌞. Inside is a cosy calm space with plants, instruments, and a smart projector!! Great space for movie nights or jam sessions 🎶🎥. Comfy all year with evaporative cooling & heating, and our landlord’s super chill—no rent increases for a couple of years!
