Hey! Our awesome housemate is off on a Japanese adventure, and his sweet little creative bungalow in East Preston/Reservoir is up for grabs!
The House Vibe:
Think classic 70s Australiana charm meets comfy living! This solid, character-filled house has lovely floorboards and a clean, welcoming, and relaxed atmosphere. The living area is super cosy – a great shared space with a projector and plants and some musical instruments 🎷
We're in a prime spot near Plenty Rd/Albert St/Bolderwood Pde. The 86 tram is literally steps away, plus heaps of bus routes are super handy – (perfect if you're studying at La Trobe!) You'll be sorted no matter the weather with evaporative cooling and ducted heating!

* A massive garage – think workshop, studio, extra storage, whatever you need!

* Tons of garden space just waiting for your green thumb to grow veggies! We've started some, but there's room for so much more, and a compost bin is on the way.
* Summerhill shops are very real! Also a really quick walk – hello Aldi, Coles, Kmart, and BIGFIELDS! The best old school fresh grocer ever! All the essentials!
* East Preston's cool bars and cafes are also within easy walking distance.
* Our landlord is super chill, really responsive, and wants us to feel at home here. The garden is huge and beautiful, and we'd love someone who's keen to help make the most of it!
