220 per week with 3 week bond. Water bill included but other bills paid separately and split amongst housemates. Has an adjoining sunroom that can be used as a study. Can come furnished or unfurnished depending on preference, can accomodate up to a king bed. House has air con and built in heating and super fast gigabit internet. We also have a big shared backyard with a small veggie garden. Right next to Ruthven station with easy transport to La Trobe Uni and RMIT Bundoora. We have 1 cat, non smokers and accepting of all genders, ages and sexualities, we’re non smokers but are fine with smoking as long as it’s outside.

Nice little house a couple blocks away from Ruthven station in Reservoir. 2 students with a fifo worker in a small seperate unit out the back. Big backyard and front yard with lots of opportunities for gardening, and a garage.
We have 1 cat, he is desexed, fully vaccinated and registered, very calm natured and generally won’t bother people.
