Looking for a friendly, easygoing boarder to share my cosy, light-filled single-level unit.

The home has a calm, creative feel, with polished timber floors, a spacious lounge, two bedrooms with built-in robes, a well-appointed kitchen, bathroom with a bath, split system heating/cooling and great storage.

There’s a sunny north-facing courtyard with a veggie garden, plus two very cuddly dogs.

The street and neighbours are quiet, and the home is relaxed and low-maintenance. Walking distance to Coles, IGA, Reservoir Village, library, cafes (Italian, Syrian, Vietnamese), Reservoir Station, buses to La Trobe, and pretty Edwardes Lake.

Bills and expenses

Internet, gas, electricity, water and basic kitchen staples are all included in the board.

Security deposit is 2 weeks' board, to be returned to you within 7 days of moving out.

The moving out notice period is 2 weeks.

Description of pets
I have two total sweetie-pie dogs, who love quietly sleeping next to you. They don't shed, are pretty quiet and very well behaved.

They are very friendly, get walked daily and I pick up after them immediately ensuring the place remains clean and tidy.
