The room is currently semi furnished with Air con and central heating, This. an be. hanged to suit.
I have 2 Friendly small sausage dogs, they are quiet, well trained and good for cuddles.
The house is an excellent location between Summerhill Shop Centre & Northland - 2 min walk to bus stops with depot @ Northland - 10 min walk to stop 56 - For the 86 Tram.
Me - female - No kids - I work as a writer & ceramic artist and part time in a gallery. , My Pottery studio is outside and can be a shared space.
I live a quiet life style. I also volunteer and like to be busy and do my own thing!
I keep the house Clean & Tidy at all times Inc outside. A weekly cleaner & gardener is included at no extra cost, you only have to clean your own space.
I value communication and I enjoy a chat but also respect privacy. I have shared with many housemates, and told I am easy to live with.
I am looking for a housemate also with a chilled life style and would suit a student or a busy person who is looking for a home to relax easily in.
