About occupants
You'll be living with an Australian man in his fifties and an Indian woman around thirty, plus one more to be determined. We don't smoke, rarely drink, and are generally a quiet household where we mostly keep to ourselves. One works full-time in Richmond and the other does casual work. When not working the lady will be either in her room or cooking in the kitchen, and the guy will probably be reading or writing on his computer in the front room, or playing tabletop rpgs via the internet.
Compatible people
We're looking for someone who also lives a quiet life at home, and if you've got any sort of bigotry or prejudices please look elsewhere. We'd prefer someone who works full-time and who is willing to participate in a regular cleaning roster. If you like working in the garden we'll consider it a bonus, as neither current occupant particularly enjoys it.
