All rooms have air conditioning and heating, your bedroom comes with a double bed with bedding, side table and entertainment uni, built in robes and plenty of space. Netflix, Stan, Prime, Disney and Kayo are included, big shared bathroom ( only with one of us and use of your own toilet ) with plenty of space.

There are two outdoor areas where you can either get some sun or entertain friends. This house is fully furnished so you shouldn't require much.

Convenient location for those who work in or around the city with both direct trams and trains in close proximity or you can take a tram/or walk down towards Bridge road and Swan Street or go shopping at Victoria Gardens. South Yarra and Prahran are only a 10 minute tram ride away and with Victoria Street only a few hundred meters away there is no shortage of food options, gyms, bars Walking tracks etc.
