The bedroom is super cosy! A great size. I worked in here from home for months so had a large desk and there was still plenty of space! (Adjoining room portion is that the bungalow is large and another housemate lives in a room on other side)

This old gem is amazing! The best location and the room up for offer is a good sized carpeted bungalow out the back of the house and secure behind a big gate! The house is quite big with a main bathroom, kitchen, furnished living area etc.
The house is located on Mary Street, extremely close to Trams, East Richmond station is a 5 min walk and a 30 min walk to the city!

I am moving out of this amazing Richmond share house and am looking for a female replacement, who ideally works full time with normal hours.
The house is very central but in a nice quiet, family oriented street. I often walk to and from work in the city along the Yarra River which is amazing! You’d be living with three other girls and one guy, who are all social but also have demanding jobs so understand and appreciate space.

As mentioned normal work hours would be great. You’d ideally be open to having a wine every now and again but also happy to do your own thing! I use the kitchen/bathroom inside the main house, there is both in the bungalow however it’s just as easy to go inside and chat to the girls!
