The room currently available is the second main bedroom with ensuite on the third floor. With this room also comes access to the third bedroom which we will convert to a home office and you can have primary control and access to. In the photos, the iphone photos are of the new bedroom. (i'll update them to be nicer images this weekend).

Hey,
I've got a 3 bedroom place + studio in Richmond, just off of bridge rd. We are looking to fill just one room and have the 3rd as your home office. (i have a private office down stairs)
Looking for someone to join myself and my partner Viv to make a little home as I have others moving out and Viv moving in.
We are both chilled, interested and interesting people. We are not looking for a passive housemate but someone who enjoys living with others and can help make a warm environment.
It has all the mod cons you'd expect, walking distance to everything you need and can come furnished or unfurnished.

I'm a creative director for a handful of fun brands whilst also freelancing and roaming around the world. I've travelled and worked in 110 countries.
I like a life of contrast and travel and can sometimes be out in the desert camping for a week....or flying to an exotic location for a shoot. I have a tonne of wild and crazy travel stories. Travel has given me great perspective and so I'm very calm, welcoming and non judgmental but independent and motivated. Appreciate exercise, healthy relationships, a good laugh and just keeping a good perspective on life.
I'm a big big fan of home dinners and inviting people over to share a bottle of wine.
Viv is a 32 year Psych student, wrapping up her PHD. She's clever, will laugh at your jokes and is the absolute sunniest person you'll ever come across. She's a bit of a girls girl and will be the first to put her hand up for karaoke, comedy, a movie or yoga. She co-parents the coolest dog ever, Layla - who is around every second week.
Sharing food/wine/music is really important to us, but by no means are we hover-ers and appreciate personal space.

Layla is a kelpie cross something or other. She looks like a pack of sausages and is the most huggable dog on the planet. She's a shy girl but once you win her over she won't allow you to stop patting her.
