About the occupants
I’m 29, I work full time at a private school in Armadale. I'm sociable, super clean and enjoy a wine from time to time. I enjoy exercising with friends.

During the week outside of work I enjoy going to pilates class/ walking along the Yarra.Otherwise just having a quiet night in watching Netflix or reality shows.

On the weekends you will find me at a pilates class, catching with friends, going to AFL games. Although I do enjoy some downtime especially on a Sunday afternoon.

My current roommate is moving out so I'm on the hunt for someone to take his spot. We need someone to sign onto a new lease.
We can be flexible with move in date. We are currently on a month to month lease but potentially can go on a 6 or 12 month lease if preferred.

Important qualities - keeps it pretty low key during the week, likes to go out and have fun on the weekend and generally a responsible adult (pays bills on time, clean and tidy etc.)
