Sadly our roomie Kako is leaving for Cairns after 6 months with us, so we have a room, 3 x 3.5m with a window and 2 BIRs in our house in Richmond, 2 open plan living/viewing areas , nice kitchen, 2 bathrooms, (you can have your own), NBN, heating and cooling, dishwasher, nice outdoor area, private back yard, on street parking permit available.

West Richmond train station is a 7 minute walk. The 78 tram is a 3 minute walk, the 48 & 75 tram is a 3 minute walk and the 12 and 109 trams a 10 minute walk. We are looking for a girl, sorry guys.

I'm Rob, middle aged single dad, I've had a diverse career in professional roles, travelled quite a bit, streetwise, I'm in between projects at the moment so spend my weekdays following the school, after school, dinner, then bed time routine. She's Ushi, 10 yo in grade 4, she is uncomplicated, happy and healthy, both of us are out and about on weekends. And completing our little family is our dog Cookie, a Jackapoo, she's a sweetheart, loves attention, food, sleep, and walks to new places. We're looking for a housemate to help with the rent. We don't need a housekeeper, we are fully self sufficient, I'll even cook for you occasionally, as long as you don't complain about eating vegetables too :)
