Looking for someone to fill the space in our homely Richmond house as my housemate is moving overseas.
Single fronted terrace house with a decent sized sunny courtyard on the Hawthorn end of Richmond. Close to plenty of cafes, parks, walking/running tracks as well as being close to both trams, train stations, and citylink. Parking is easy to find on street, with a visitor permit available for full time use.
The available bedroom comfortably fits a queen size bed and a chest of drawers or other small pieces of furniture. The room has double built in robes. There is a small room off the living space that is used as an office style space and has more space available.
The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the house has everything needed. Bring things in if you want to, but if you don’t have much, all you need to bring is your stuff for your room.
Bond is $1,995 per person. Move in date can be flexible from the start of July to mid July.

I like to keep a clean and tidy home, and am looking for someone who is on the same wavelength.
The house is very much a home rather than a share house vibe, I’d like someone who wants to live in that environment as well.
If you’re not a dog person, this house is not for you.
