* Short walk to plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops on Bridge Road and Victoria Street
* Explore the Richmond warehouses for hip coffee shops and bakeries
* Enjoy a walk or bike ride along the Yarra River trail

🇵🇭 Roy is a full-time registered nurse working afternoon shifts on a mix of weekdays and weekends. He moved to Perth 13 years ago and has been calling Melbourne home for the past 5 years.
🇩🇪 Flo is an ex-startup founder and on the job hunt as a software designer. He moved to Melbourne last year after 7 years in Sydney and 3 years in New Zealand.
😌 We like to think of our lives as fairly wholesome – we occasionally go out to party, but at home we enjoy something quieter. Cook a tasty dinner, watch a good movie/show or send a ton of insta reels back and forth with friends 😂 Our home is a space to relax and unwind.
* You keep the apartment clean and tidy, without being OCD about it.
* You’re out for work during the day. (We have a little study/desk in the living room but we’d prefer not to listen to Zoom calls for hours.)
