About occupants
You will be staying with two lovely English lads - Jack and Jake. One working full-time in finance and the other just returning from overseas and going back into full-time work as a physio. Both are tidy, respectful, laid back, and have a good balance between enjoying a good chat and appreciating their own down time. Both enjoy active hobbies - Jack likes to run and dabble in various social sports, and Jake is a racket sports and climbing kind of guy.
Compatible people
We are looking for someone who is similar in living habits, respectful of space (i.e. cleaning up after yourself, helping to maintain shared spaces), and perhaps enjoys a game of pickleball or paddle every now and then. Preferably, you are working as well, but funemployment won't necessarily rule you out.
