Hi everyone!
Looking for a someone to sublet 1 bedroom in our beautiful Victorian terrace house in the heart of Richmond while I will be away for 5 weeks (July 2-August 6)
We really love our house - large, light filled kitchen and living spaces, front verandah and spacious backyard, storage shed, hydronic heating in all rooms and aircon in the main room.
We are near the top of Mary St, tucked away in a quiet one way street seconds from Bridge Rd (with all of its cafes, restaurants and bars) and a 10 min walk down to Swan St. The 48 and 75 trams are at the top of our street, and we are a short walk from a range of parks, the gym, the pool, the supermarket, delis, the G and the Yarra.

Elise - 28, Full time Careers, pathway and transition worker. Loves thrift shopping and volunteering!
Beth - 28, Full time Teacher. Enjoys running and Monopoly Deal!
