Description of the home
A fully furnished bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed is available in a modern two-bedroom apartment on the Richmond/South Yarra border.
Available from 1 July, with flexible stay lengths. Whether you need somewhere for a few weeks or a few months, I’m happy to discuss what works.
The apartment is ideal for professionals relocating to Melbourne, people between rental properties, or anyone looking for a comfortable, fully furnished place while they settle in or work out their next move.
The apartment
* Comfortable queen-sized bed
* Shared bathroom
* Air conditioning and heating
* Modern kitchen and appliances
* Fast Wi-Fi
* TV with streaming services

Location
The apartment is in an excellent location, within:

* 10-minute walk to Woolworths South Yarra
* 10-minute walk to both Swan Street and Chapel Street, with countless bars, restaurants and shops
* 2-minute walk to the Route 78 tram
* 10–15-minute walk to both East Richmond Station and South Yarra Station
About me
You’ll be sharing the apartment with me, a 36-year-old professional. I mostly work from home, although I regularly travel for work during the week, so there will be times when you’ll have the apartment entirely to yourself.
I keep the apartment clean, relaxed and fairly quiet. It’s definitely a home rather than a party house, so I’m looking for someone with a similar lifestyle—someone who is respectful, considerate, tidy and comfortable treating the apartment as if it were their own.
Rent
* $425 per week ($600 per couple)
* Bills average around $40 per week per person (electricity, water and high-speed internet)
* Bond: One week’s rent

2. Your preferred move-in date and how long you expect to stay.
3. Whether you’re a smoker or non-smoker.
