The home is perfectly located is a leafy street — central to trains and trams, with a park just a 1-minute walk away. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus a powder room, and abundant off-street parking. There’s also a private, sunny courtyard (which will be furnished with outdoor dining and firepit) and a cosy wood fireplace to enjoy year-round.
The large kitchen is a standout, fitted with inbuilt Smeg appliances and fully equipped with everything you need — dishwasher, induction stove, refrigerator, two Smeg smart ovens, coffee machine, and more.
You’ll also find a European laundry in the powder room with a new Samsung washing machine and LG dryer for convenience. The home stays comfortable in all seasons with air conditioning downstairs, fans in bedrooms, and zoned heating in each room.
The main bathroom (with bath) is shared with another female housemate. The living space is shared with Leo, a beautiful and smart Labrador who stays downstairs and uses the living room and courtyard.

Both bedrooms are unfurnished and comfortably fit a queen bed. Each has its own ceiling fan, wall heater, wardrobe, openable window and flyscreen.
The two bedrooms share the main bathroom, which has a separate bath and shower, vanity and toilet. I have my own ensuite, so the main bathroom is just for the two housemates.

I was born and raised in Melbourne and try to keep a pretty balanced lifestyle — I enjoy going to the gym, catching up with friends over dinner, or having relaxed movie nights at home. I’m respectful, very clean, and really value a calm, welcoming living environment.
Right now I’m working in retail while studying architectural design at RMIT. In my spare time I love films, live music, and reading, and during summer you’ll usually find me at the beach.
The house has a friendly, easygoing vibe — I occasionally have a couple of friends over for dinner, but it’s definitely not a party house. Overall, it’s a peaceful space where everyone can feel comfortable and at home.

He is an old boy - he is 14 years old and mostly sleeps in his bed all day!
I wash him weekly and we go to park daily. He is friendly and gorgeous and just wants cuddles.
He lives in the living room and uses the courtyard. He cannot go upstairs due to his age. 🐶
