Having lived in Richmond more than half my life now, the local knowledge is extensive & I enjoy passing that on. Fully biased but Cremorne really is epic for central, inner-city living. Graphic Designer, working from home, looking for the right person rather than just filling the room, but I am open to short term too, come check the place out & say hello!

Kind, considerate, easy going & able to communicate well, everything else will fall into place... The Southbound train line is close behind, the windows are double glazed which work well but if you're a really light sleeper, perhaps not for you. It's a great spot, walking distance to everything with under cover parking also available. Reliable & respectful people please apply.
Description of pets
Phuture is a 4.5yo male tuxedo, adopted around the end of Lockdowns when his owners wanted to leave the country, so he's very special to me. He's a Daddy's boy now but will take to you no problem once he's figured out you're on the home team & good for a head scratch & feed.
