The Southbound train line is close behind, the windows are double glazed which work well but if you're a really light sleeper, perhaps not for you. It's a great spot, walking distance to everything with under cover parking also available. Reliable & respectful people please apply.
Description of pets
Phuture is a 4.5yo male tuxedo, adopted around the end of Lockdowns when his owners wanted to leave the country, so he's very special to me. He's a Daddy's boy now but will take to you no problem once he's figured out you're on the home team & good for a head scratch.
