Fully furnished 3 bedroom house in Richmond. Large bedroom, queen bed, desk BIR large lounge/living area with open kitchen, big backyard. Just five from park/oval, trams, shops and amenities. The house is located within the first block off Church Street, with lots of on street car parking available.

You can come with your bags and stay, the house is already furnished and that includes your room. Looking for someone easy going, there are no rules in the house as long as you respect the others. However it is expected you keep shared areas clean, without the need to be told too. We are looking for positive house mates, who doesn’t mind saying hello when other housemates are around. It is located off Church Street and Bridge Road, close to public transport and supermarket. Tram 75, 48, 109.
