This locations ideal for students and working individuals, as express trains to the city are every 10 minutes.
We all get along extremely well, often having a chat, eating together, movie nights ect.

We split wifi, water, electricity & gas equally. Due to my concession eligibility, we get discounted bills, so they aren’t ever pricey!
Rent includes a 2x weekly cleaner and a tri weekly gardener.
Pantry items are mostly communal to reduce clutter. Ofc you are entitled to your own personal things, which are respected as your own too.
You will share a fridge space with one other only.

Hayden 23M works full time as a carpenter, from the UK, likes crocheting, heavy metal, amine & manga. Very friendly guy who keeps to himself.

2 are outside toileters. Misty is litter trained. The younger two are free spirits who refuse to use the robot litter 🙄 so they just go outside. All are vetted and treated regularly. Easy to live with, no destructive behaviours.
