Lovely, bright and spacious freestanding home in Ringwood, only around a 5-minute walk from Heatherdale Station (Belgrave/Lilydale lines), making it very convenient for commuting to the CBD, Richmond, Camberwell and Box Hill.
The house has four bedrooms but is shared with only two other people (me and my partner), so there is plenty of space and privacy. The available room is bright and comfortable with a built-in wardrobe.
We have a large open living and dining area, a beautiful leafy backyard with a covered deck and outdoor furniture, two bathrooms, heating and air-conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Mullum Mullum Creek and walking trails are only a few minutes away, and Eastland, Costco and plenty of supermarkets and Asian groceries are nearby.
The house is clean, peaceful and very much a home rather than a busy share house. $250 per week including all bills.

We both work full-time and are usually in the office during weekdays, so the house is generally quiet and there’s plenty of space and privacy.
We’re friendly and enjoy having a chat, sharing food occasionally or having a drink together, but we also really value our own space and respect each other’s privacy. It’s definitely not a party house — we like keeping our home relaxed, clean and peaceful.
We’ve had wonderful relationships with our previous housemates and have stayed friends even after they moved out. We’re hoping to find another female housemate who is clean, considerate and friendly, and who would like somewhere that feels more like a home than just a room to rent.
And of course, you’ll need to be happy living with our very cute cat! 🐈❤️
