Renovated house, walking distance to beach, Woolies and local shops and restaurants.
Large room. 2 mirrored standing wardrobes and large drawers. Queen bed.
2 brm house with small sunroom that is used as office space.
Shared bathroom inside, however, there is a studio out the back with a second bathroom. Potential to also set up another lounge area out the back.
Happy to share my art studio space.
Large back yard with some fruit trees. Perfect for anyone who loves gardening.
Low on storage space (outside of the bedroom) and no garage, but there is a tin shed that can be erected.
Total cost will be about $370 INCLUDING all bills (gas, electricity, water, internet, Netflix, lawns). I think it’s easier just to make it all inclusive but open to negotiation.

* I have a 16yo daughter who doesn’t live with me but will stay occasionally (like maybe once per fortnight - in my room). She is fun, charismatic and funny but will most likely just be doing homework and sleeping. 🙄😝
* I’m a young 49. Open to younger housemates but it’s definitely not a party house. Those days for me are well and truly over. I value a quiet, peaceful home but can be social and music is always a must.
* About me: I’m very arty/crafty and happy to share my studio space. I’m currently looking for work and usually work as a nanny. I’m into music, health (ex vegan and now keto/carnivore), long walks. I keep to myself.
