Home Description
Description of the home
Accommodation on offer includes two generous bedrooms, both fitted with built-in robes and ceiling fans, along with a private bathroom exclusively for the new flatmates use.
The home is shared with me and my little sausage dog, who occupies the front master bedroom with ensuite, allowing great separation and privacy between living areas.
There is also a shared lounge room, modern kitchen, and laundry. There is also a large converted double garage now utilised as a multipurpose space, mainly used for storage or occasional gatherings.
The second bedroom offers flexibility and could easily be used as a private lounge, study, or work-from-home space if desired.
Outside, the property offers off-street parking on the front lawn along with a spacious and relaxed setting. Large backyard with mostly enclosed fence. Some areas of fence have broken from the fat possums that run along it.
House is located up on the hill in rosebud a few houses down from Bayview golf course, nice and quiet neighbourhood with lovely neighbours. Easy 4 minute drive to the nearest Coles supermarket and 6 mins to the closest beach.
*** will update photos once current housemate moves in with his girlfriend.***

I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with, and I really value open communication and compromise in a shared living environment. I enjoy a friendly household but also respect personal space and downtime.
I also have a mini dachshund named Fred, who is disabled and very much part of the household. Because of this, there are ramps and baby gates throughout the house to help keep him safe and comfortable. He’s very sweet and low-maintenance and will do anything for some snuggles.
Ideally looking for someone considerate, tidy, and easygoing who is looking for a calm and comfortable home rather than a party house.
Due to Freddie's disability I am unable to have medium to large size dogs in the house.
As mentioned above, he has a spinal issue and can’t jump, use stairs or play rough. We do have ramps and baby gates in use throughout the house. Due to his injury he cannot play with dogs bigger than him, he’s only a small 6kg boy so most (if not all) dogs are bigger than he is.
