Spacious 3 bedroom house close to transport. Quiet area suit working person as occupant works full-time already. Nice deck and verandah at rear with built-in bbq perfect for friends or entertaining. Easy-going occupant looking for similar who will fit in and also help around the house as all upkeep is shared between us. I do smoke in my room or outdoors so must be accepting of that and I don't accept drugs on the property at all.
