The house is very private and is in a convenient location, just off Melbourne Road with the Rye shopping centre and Blairgowrie village a short drive away.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is clean and tidy, with large open plan living, dining and kitchen with a nice outlook to the garden. The laundry has a front load washing machine.
The bedroom has a bathroom with shower/bath and toilet for your own use, located next to the bedroom.
The spare (third) bedroom is used occasionally for visitors, and this room can be used by you if you have anyone to stay for a night or two (by mutual agreement).
Off street parking is provided in a carport right next to the front door.
There is also a storage shed that can be shared if needed.
