Description of the home
I own a two bedroom unit and am looking for someone to move in to my guest room.
The location is what makes this place so fantastic! It is one block back from the beach which is only a 3-4 minute walk away. The beach has a great walking/running track and the pier is only a 600 metre walk away. Across the road from that is Provincia (an excellent cafe/grocer) and a few other shops. Alternately, Dromana is only a 30 minute walk along the beach (or less than 5 minutes by car). Access to Dromana's Brewery's, Distillery's, Supermarkets and cafes is only 5 minutes or so too. Freeway access is close making Melbourne less than one hour away.
The unit itself is a nice little place with an open living design and wooden floorboards. It is amongst a block of 4 units where there is another separate block of 4. We all share a huge from lawn (90 metres long, 15 metres wide) with beautiful trees which is well maintained by body corporate. the place/your bedroom comes fully furnished and there can be some level of compromise there if need be. The kitchen and bathroom have been recently renovated so the place is fully up to date (except for the courtyard which I intend to makeover at some stage this year).

All bills are to be split in half. I have only lived here for under three months to I don't know exactly what to expect just yet.
Internet - $70 a month ($35)

I love making the most of the location of my house with lots of running, fishing and swimming. I like to keep the unit pretty clean and would hope another roommate would too.
I have a girlfriend who has a one year old cocker spaniel. They come and stay a few nights a week and are both very friendly too!
