The bedroom is 2.7m x 3.3m which is plenty of room for a queen sized bed and a chest of drawers or desk. The room has 2 double powerpoints, a TV point, and a data point. It includes a small built-in wardrobe with clothes hanging space.

The main bathroom and toilet would be your own except for when guests come over. Parking would be on the street except when I’m away for work.

Towels, including hand towels, face washers, and a floor mat can be provided if needed.

An older style 3 bedroom home with a main bathroom and toilet, ensuite attached to the main bedroom, carport and furnished deck area. It has a huge backyard and front yard, Air conditioning and gas heating in the living area, dishwasher, dryer, and washing machine.

This house also includes a lot of modern technology including alarm system, CCTV cameras on the outside, Ring doorbell, Sonos, wireless internet, coffee machine, and automated lighting in most rooms.

The place has plenty of on street parking, but unfortunately only a single car driveway. I keep my caravan under the carport and usually park my cars in front of that and on the grass.

Bills and expenses

The rent includes gas, water, internet and electricity. The lawns are also mowed every 2 weeks and Consuela (robot vacuum) does a pretty good job of vacuuming the house. You will need to purchase your own food, and any toiletries.

Hi I’m Alex, I’m 36 years old and work as an electrician and AV technician in the city. My work involves me to travel often, so I can be away from home for a few day to occasionally weeks at a time.

I’m quite sociable and tend to be out most weekends. I don’t often have people over during the week as I get very tired from work, and usually head to bed at 10pm to be up at 5:30am.

I share a dog, a beagle named Cooper, with my ex, and get him every weekend or throughout the holidays. He’s very friendly and loves people.

I like to think I’m a fairly easy going guy that tries not to take himself too seriously. I love music, and am trying to find the time to learn guitar. I’m also really into PlayStation and can get easily addicted to a good game.

Description of pets
I have a beautiful beagle named Cooper which stays with me every weekend or on holidays (if I’m home). He does shed quite badly, but I’m getting pretty good at staying on top of it. He’s very friendly and is great with kids. He doesn’t have a mean bone in his body.
