Well kept open garden area at the rear of the block on Kananook Creek.
I am a retiree, living alone with 2 pugs. I am easy going and easy to live with. I care for my grandkids regularly.
I have a medium size room to rent to someone who is easy going.
I am very down to earth and run a well organised home.
The room is medium in size, furnished or unfurnished.
Rental includes; access to a shared bathroom, the kitchen, lounge-room and laundry.
Rental includes utilities (gas, water, electricity and unlimited Broadband). Available for up to 6 - 12 months, possibly more.
MUST BE WORKING full-time.
