The owner of the house is living on one side of the house, divided to the other side which is suitable for two bedrooms and share their bathroom and wc.
Compatible people
Two spacious, fully furnished bedrooms are now available in a peaceful and secure home. Each room includes a built-in wardrobe, and both rooms share a private bathroom and toilet—for the exclusive use of the tenants only. I do not use these facilities.
The home offers a shared kitchen and laundry, though I rarely cook, as I usually eat at my pizza shop.
You’ll also enjoy a large backyard, a secure-looking garage, and the comfort of knowing the property is fully protected by security cameras.
A very friendly German Shepherd lives on the property as well. He remains in my section of the house, unless you wish to spend time with him—he’s gentle and well-behaved.
Expenses are negotiable and can be discussed openly with the right tenant.
