I am currently seeking 1 flatmate to join our 3 existing flatmates in our 4 bedroom apartment in South Melbourne, preferably someone who is quiet and prefers their own personal space. We are looking for individuals who value cleanliness and responsibility.
About the Flat:
- 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
- Spacious common areas including outdoor balcony
- Laundry with washer and dryer
Rent and Expenses:
- The weekly rent for each room is $330.
- The only split bill is electricity.
Location:
Tram stop in front of apartment and there are 2 routes Number 1 and Number 12.
