A sun-filled two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is available in South Melbourne. It is less than a five-minute walk to the South Melbourne market, Woolies, city trams, etc.
Only the main bedroom with en-suite is available.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
A- 100 points of ID, references and a police check are needed.
B- 1-month rent and deposit are needed before moving in.
This is not a party house, and the building has strict noise guidelines. I need to go overseas for a few months to attend to personal matters, so I need to rent the place out. It is fully furnished; you just need to bring your pillows, bedsheets and towels.
Netflix, Prime and Telstra 5G high-speed internet are included.
This would be ideal for working professionals who are in between places and looking for a temporary place to stay. It is available for two months at the start and potentially three.
