Description of the home

We're searching for a friendly new housemate to join our beautiful South Melbourne share house.
Available from end of August, you'll be taking the largest bedroom in the house - a bright, north-facing retreat that gets gorgeous sunshine throughout the day. The room is unfurnished and features two large built-in wardrobes, a private bathroom, and your own private balcony, perfect for a morning coffee or winding down after work.

Also included is shared access to a dedicated workspace on the top floor, separate from the bedroom, making it ideal if you work from home a few days a week.

The house itself is full of character, with high ceilings, plenty of natural light, and a lovely backyard to enjoy.

Location
The location is hard to beat:
2-minute walk to both the 1 & 12 trams, with direct access to the CBD (10 minutes) or St Kilda Beach in the opposite direction.
5-minute walk to Albert Park and the Melbourne Sports & Aquatic Centre, plus football fields, golf course, driving range, basketball courts, futsal and volleyball facilities.
10-minute walk to the Royal Botanic Gardens.
Around 10 minutes walk to South Melbourne Market, supermarkets, DFO, cafés, and only 4km from the CBD.

Bills
Bills are split equally between the three housemates. Every few months we also do a shared household order (cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc.), which you're welcome to be part of.
