A spacious, fully furnished lovely bedroom with queen bed and your own private ensuite toilet and sink available as of 1 June.

Rent for fully furnished bedroom is $1311 pcm includes internet, does not include bills such as electricity and gas.

Bills are usually around a total of $60-80 for gas and elec per month.

I occupy the second bedroom which is very small.

This is a ground floor, solid brick, two bedroom unit with floorboards, two toilets and sinks (you will have your own private space to brush your teeth and cleanse your face) and no adjoining neighbour walls, and with separate private entrance via a small courtyard (only has one unit upstairs and hardly hear or see them), it's a unique place! A fantastic location near a beautiful dog park and only 13 minute walk to train station, 6 min to tram or bus 1 minute walk.

Bedrooms are located on opposite sides of unit so privacy is ideal. There is a small, slinky courtyard outside just big enough to store bikes, hang washing and enjoy a cuppa or glass of wine on the outdoor chair and table. Or, if you want to try your hand at gardening with some planters or pots please do feel free! I have most appliance and utensils which you are welcome to use as you please. The main bathroom has a bath and shower with separate toilet. Pets are not allowed in this property, unfortunately.

Right near a lovely large park with a relaxing Central Park feel. Vaping and smoking okay outside only.
