Semi-tropical green getaway located right next to the Botanical Gardens. Two bedroom flat in a very convenient location close to St. Kilda Rd and right around the corner from the french bistros at Domain St.

Available for rent is a semi-furnished double room from the 7th of May. Internet is already included in rent, and bills average about 35-45 per month per person.

Rent is $1100 per calendar month and must be paid in advance. We request a 4-week bond ($1016) so moving payment will amount to $2116.

You'll stay with Tomás for a short while until he moves out, and then me, 29m foreign dude happily returning to Australia. Ideally, there'll be a maximum of 2 tenants in this place at a given time.

1.5 bathrooms available (shower and toilet are kept in separate rooms) with a fully working washing machine. We own an off-street parking spot but please enquire if you plan on using it.

I believe we're both adults and we must clean up after ourselves, therefore we don't see the need for a cleaning roster; also, there's zero tolerance for smoke inside the house.

This place has somehow become a sort of safe haven for hospo workers and temporal travelers. We (Tomás and I) are both very clean and softspoken dudes, we've become sort of homebodies that like playing music and having friends over once in a blue moon, but always try to be respectful to the other neighbors. We enjoy our drinks and movie nights, and I personally love me some board-games that you're more than welcome to play.

This little aparment has come together through my sweat, tears and laughter, so would appreciate someone that can keep the green vine vibe going!
