About the property
Thank you for taking the time to read this post!
With great sadness, our friend and third is moving out for work, and we are looking for a new housemate at the end of July. That said, we are excited to welcome someone new into our home and lives.
The house:
The house itself is 4 stories and fully furnished.
The place is stocked with a new TV, some gaming systems (mostly collecting dust lately), nice speakers, plenty of streaming options and board games.
Each bedroom is on its own floor, so it's easy to have time to yourself.
There is a big balcony on the top floor with a wet room, which we sometimes use for an outdoor cinema setup, BBQs or light reading in the sun.
Location:
Located on River Street (just off chapel/Toorak road), its walking distance to botanical gardens, various food options, fashion, gyms and bars.
Woolworths/Big W are literally across the road and the train station is a 5-10 minute walk away.
If you feel like this is a good fit, please don’t hesitate to reach out =)

We (Hamed and Chris) are a pair of guys that moved to Melbourne recently and both work in medicine. Having previously lived in a large share house (3 male/3 female); we are very considerate, clean, keen to socialize (pretty much everything we do is open invitation) and explore Melbourne - but also highly respect people’s private time.
The house culture is pretty easy going – we enjoy cooking meals for the house, keeping active, playing (bad) tennis and padel, watching movies, some board games and occasionally having a drink.
