About occupants
I run a music supervision company where we work on films and TV shows. I'm quite tidy and clean and like having a beautiful house as its a bit if a sanctuary from hectic work life. I do have occasional dinner parties and friends to visit but am not really into house parties anymore. Of course you would also be welcome to do the same!
I'm happy to share meals some times if we're both home, but find it easier to generally do our own thing with food.
I work usual office hours and I'm quite social so I'm out a fair bit. I would like to live with someone I can have nice chats and hangs with but am also very respectful of people's need for 'me time'.
My cat Kiko is extremely cute and friendly... so this is definitely a house for cat lovers!

As the room and apartment are fully furnished, I'm looking for someone who doesn't have a lot of furniture. I like to keep the house tidy and clean and would prefer someone who does too.
Description of pets
I have an incredibly charismatic cat called Kiko who makes herself at home in all the neighbours houses! She is quite chatty and very affectionate. I also travel for work quite often, so would need the cat to be fed while I'm away.
