About the occupants
Current housemates:

Elliott (they/them) - 33yo, full-time engineer and part-time student. Elliott works from home a lot of the time (usually 1-3 days in the office, the rest from home). They are into techy stuff, fitness, making stuff. Elliott also likes gigs/festivals, going to art classes, catching up with friends, playing boardgames, bouldering sometimes, running, trying new stuff

Jeremy (he/him) - 35yo, chef and working holiday-maker. Jeremy works full-time (not from home) and likes to travel (he's often away in his campervan on weekends). He also likes to cook and go out with friends. Jeremy has a partner who visits sometimes.
Compatible people
We're looking for a communicative, (reasonably) tidy, respectful, considerate flatmate to come and share this gorgeous 90s apartment with us. The high ceilings mean noise carries in the apartment, so ideally you would have a similar Monday-to-Friday awake-in-the-daytime/asleep-at-night kind of schedule. I think it's great to have a friendship within the home, have a meal or a drink together sometimes, but also respect each other's space and privacy.
Description of pets
Sam is a very fluffy and sweet 12 year old domestic medium hair. He loves a nap in his cat hammock, or on a pile of random, uncomfortable-looking items 😂
He loves to munch on plants so if you're an indoor plant person please keep them up high and out of his reach!
