My name is Josh and I'm 30 years old. I work full-time and I'm looking for two friendly and considerate flat mates to find and, move into a 3 bedroom apartment with each other on 30th or 31st August, in Southbank.

If you're after a drama-free home and don't mind doing your bit to keep the home clean and tidy, then we're on the same page.

I'm looking for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with one or two secure car parks.

I have furniture for us to share, including a washing machine, fridge, dining table and chairs, a microwave and kitchenware, living room furniture, TV, a study desk and office chair, bed-side tables and 2 queen sized beds. We just need a third bed for the third room. I have an inflatable double bed as a third bed option that someone can use while we get a proper bed.

All of the furniture in the photos that I've put on my profile is what I will bring to our new place.

I think we should manage our own food but I'm open to sharing a meal together every now and then.

We will be a pet free home :)
