Both the apartment and rooms are fully furnished. All you need are your suitcases :) Friendly household

I have ONE good sized fully furnished double bedroom (with balcony and TV).

Rent is $500 per week (single person) and $500 per week (couple).

Rent is inclusive of ALL bills being water, electricity and unlimited fast wireless internet and new pillows, bedding/bedlinen. There is also a TV in the bedroom. All you need are your suitcases :)

Looking for tenant(s) who are independent, responsible, clean and tidy and considerate of other people's privacy/space and respectful of my home and my belongings. My apartment is not a party house. I'm an easy going landlord...do the right thing by me and I'll do the right thing by you. I'm just offering people a place they can call home while they are staying in Melbourne.

2 weeks bond and one week rent in advance is required when you move in..
