This bedroom is located upstairs in this two-storey apartment. Your own private penthouse room and private bathroom :)

Rent is $600 per week and is inclusive of ALL bills being water, electricity and unlimited wireless internet. There is also a TV in the bedroom and split system air-conditioning/heating. Bedroom has city views.

All you need are your suitcases :)

I'm an easy going landlord...do the right thing by me and I'll do the right thing by you..I'm just offering people a place they can call home whilst they are staying in Melbourne either for work and/or leisure.

2 weeks bond and one week rent in advance is required when you move in..
