Hi there, I got 2 rooms available in a 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms in Springvale. and it would suits student or single people who work full time.
This is only suitable for 1 person per room only for $210 per week including all bills. The Bed & Mattress is brand new and it’s a high quality firm mattress .
If you don’t drive,The Bus Stop nearby will take you to Ikea, M City and the Bus would take you straight to Monash, Oakleigh station and Chadstone.
I am clean, tidy, respectful, very friendly and down to earth chilled kinda guy so I’m expecting the same.
I have a mother who lives half of time overseas and here in Melbourne so when she is overseas you will be sharing the house with me only :).
Im in hospitality area and I work quite a lot so I will be going to bed early and getting up very early as well.
I really enjoyed going to the gym and be active :)
