We’re looking for a clean, considerate, and financially stable housemate (aged 20–30) to join our 4-person sharehouse (total 4 people including you).
The home is secure, with gated entry, security cameras, and includes a spacious backyard.
The house vibe is peaceful, respectful, and mature. Everyone ensures that the shared spaces are kept clean and quiet.
In the kitchen everyone has their own cupboard spaces, personal bin and personal fridge section.
Washing machine and drier for use in house.
Bills are split between everyone. Days away from the house will be recorded and deducted accordingly for example if you go on holiday etc..
