Hi,
I have 1 room available in St Albans close to all local amenities; walking distance to train station, shops, schools and moments from the freeway. There are a few bus stops 5 mins down the street and many local parks within walking distance. 15min walk from Alfrieda st where you can find the best Vietnamese cuisine at budget friendly prices!
This room has now been made available and I am looking for the right person to move in immediately. Someone who has lived in a share house before, pays their bills on time and understand the basic etiquette expected of a housemate.
A bit about us, I am in my 30s and mostly out and about either at work, gym or out with family or friends. When I am home I am generally catching up on some study, watching Netflix or cooking up a storm (refusing my food is not negotiable haha). If I'm not doing either of those things, I like to keep to myself but I’m pretty easy going and happy to have a chat every now and again.
Ron is also in his 30s, he has a coffee caravan business but is super friendly and is always down for a laugh, grabbing a bite or playing games on playstation or xbox.
