About occupants
🏠 Seeking a vibrant short term stays to join my cozy St Kilda apartment with me and my feline friend! The room offers a snug yet comfortable room, complete double if needed. Rent is set at $220 weekly, inclusive of water but internet, with gas and electricity costs to be divided. This might suit a transient person who is here for study or a course or just visiting town, short stays only but if great person open to longer.

About me: I'm a passionate psychotherapist and yoga teacher ingrained in St Kilda's art & yoga community. Originally from the UK, I've been in Melbourne for the past eight years. My lifestyle is tranquil and grounded; I enjoy meaningful conversations and looking after my health. This isn't a party hub, and I prefer early nights. Smoking isn't permitted on the premises. I work from home quite a bit so ideally someone with a job outside the house. I have a cat and sometimes am away so loving cats is a mud and being ok with occasionally looking after him if I’m away would be great.

I'll be away for 6 or more weeks in August and having a compassionate soul to keep my beloved cat company would be a bonus. If you're someone who values harmony, respects space, and adores feline companionship, you might just be the perfect match! I'm in no rush to find the someone and am looking for compatibility over urgency!
Compatible people
Someone who enjoys a chat but has own interests, someone who has done shared living before and is considerate and pays et and bills on time, someone with similar interests, and someone who likes to keep things reasonably tidy, someone respectful, honest and kind.
Description of pets
I have a beautiful cat called Tiny, he is very well behaved and affectionate. Must love cats to live here as he is a part of the family and would be great to have people in that don’t mind looking after him when I’m travelling away.
